When you open a help file in Wine winhlp32, the window initially has a horizontal scrollbar at the bottom. That shouldn't be there, since text is wrapped if it would extend past the right edge.
The scrollbar remains if you resize the window, but vanishes when you click on a link or one of the scrollbar buttons.
