--- Comment #2 from dye gene0mega@zoho.com --- Created attachment 48539 --> http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=48539 slackware64 current with multilib
Hi all, The crash, it happens!! Fresh updated from 0.8.11 to 0.9.0(CN), with wine version 1.7.14 (install via slackware current pkg)
Tried both wine & wine64 with correct setup WINEPREFIX & WINEARCH, The WorldOfTanks.exe works smoothly on 0.8.11 version, and after update to 0.9.0(via WOTLancher.exe) The WorldOfTanks.exe flash the Window, named ``WOT client'', and crashed.
It seems that we all meet the ``fixme: resource_check_usage Unhandled usage flags 0x8'', and I found the apropos solution here(via POL):http://www.playonlinux.com/en/topic-9206.html Having no idea, how to config that things on WINE

--- Comment #12 from Anastasius Focht focht@gmx.net --- Hello folks,
WoT 0.9.x works fine here (same as comment #9), resolving 'FIXED' since OP didn't respond further.
The download crash(es) in torrent mode is bug 38980
Apparently Wargaming doesn't include the tweaks for torrent mode in WoT launcher unlike WoWS, such as rate-limiting (which mitigates the problem) and also an option to disable torrenting via user interface at all.
You can work around by changing 'WoTLauncher.cfg' -> 'launcher_transport' from '3' to '2':
