WINEDEBUG=+relay on Wine 1.3.25

Steps to reproduce:
1) remove ~/.wine
2) wine SystemMechanic.exe

Behaviour:
Installer starts minimized in taskbar, but it cannot be maximized

Expected behaviour:
Installer should do something.

Terminal output:
fixme:win:DisableProcessWindowsGhosting : stub
fixme:mountmgr:harddisk_ioctl returning zero-filled buffer for
IOCTL_VOLUME_GET_VOLUME_DISK_EXTENTS

The self-extracting installer puts mfc45.dll into system32, strange.

For what it's worth, you can see the contents using innounp.
The app uses a device driver elrawdsk.sys to do raw disk I/O,
not sure how well that would work on wine anyway.

Does not happen anymore with wine-1.6-rc4-52-g9a0b434

(Installer complains about some components of Microsoft HTML Help update 1.3 or
later being required, but that's another issue)
