Bug #: 31447 Summary: Poser Pro 7.0.3_192 unable to show models Product: Wine Version: unspecified Platform: x86 OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: liuycmail@foxmail.com Classification: Unclassified
Created attachment 41336 --> http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=41336 syslog ang Xorg.0.log (XZ compress)
I've installed Poser Pro using wine 1.4.(wine1.4_1.4-0ubuntu4_i386) It starts successfully without opening any(includeing the default one) models. But when I open some models(especially big ones),the screen turn black for a second, then it may crash, with GPU errors appearing and X responding nothing. Sometimes, after the screen turning black, the computer does NOT respond anything.EVEN Alt+SysRq+r,following by Alt+SysRq+b can NOT reboot the computer.
Thanks

It DID NOT hang the X server. Maybe it's just the video driver problems. ---radeon: The kernel rejected CS, see dmesg for more information.--- X server DID respond my mouse and keyboard and show where my mouse pointed to.

--- Comment #4 from liuycmail@foxmail.com 2013-02-12 10:06:24 CST --- It might be a problem of video drives. export LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 works.
