GSI VB3-II 2023 v.2.2.0 for Windows starts fine after install but then display
is never refreshed when clicking any button or widget. 
A way to refresh it is to minimize the window and restore it, which is not
really convenient :)
Except for that big problem everything seems to works.

I can confirm the issue with wine-9.15 and the latest master. As reported, the
user interface does not update after selecting an element on the UI, and
minimizing and restoring the application window works around the problem by
forcing a UI refresh.
