Tried to test the open beta version for dauntless with addtional dotnet
installation. the launcher works fine but when the game start it doesnt show
intro video and ends up with black screen.

i've read the log and it seems the error is caused when the video cannot be
shown

the enabled media player plug-ins support it:

Judging from the log I guess it's not using quartz. Sorry for all the
back-and-forth about that.

I'm not sure what else it'd be using to play videos, though. I don't see
anything about MF.

no it's fine you already give me a peace of heart by looking this out.
I did tried to contact the support team for the game ane i hope they would help
out to somehow run this game on wine

It Looks like this error only happen upon new character creation.

I tried creating character through windows and launch the game through wine,
and it successfully run with weird graphic which fixed through dxvk. 
the rest of gameplay works just fine.

Which leave the problem with character creation only.
