That's not going to work, you need to use ru_RU.UTF-8 to use it. Just
LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8 is enough.

This is invalid.

When I try redefine LANG I have crash :(

I only tried to run installer, and it fixes what's on "screenshot 1". I guess
you might want to install it with locale it expects.

Hmmm I found solution how to run it
Just go to program dir and run from it.

This bug is clearly invalid then, please don't reopen.
