I'm getting an error when I try to install Tera Rising

Error Number:0x80040708
Description: Unable o create required engine components, check whether you
have appropriate privileges to create COM components

Setup will now terminate.

Tera Rising Installer fails

Thanks for responding.

At first I got, in the output...

wine setup.exe                                                                  
err:module:import_dll Library mscoree.dll (which is needed by
L"C:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\mscorsvw.exe") not found

L"C:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\mscorsvw.exe" failed,
status c0000135

L"clr_optimization_v4.0.30319_32" failed to start                               
fixme:service:scmdatabase_autostart_services Auto-start service
L"clr_optimization_v4.0.30319_32" failed to start: 1053

which was resolved by downloading:

mscoree.dll - 4.0.40305.0 (Main.040305-0000)

from:

http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mscoree

After that I get the output with debug symbols installed that is attached

Use 'winetricks dotnet40' instead.

That's how dot net was installed originally,

I backed up my current prefix after screwing up the dotnet 4 related stuff and
ran the installer again.

Dang if it did not run.
