Hi,

since i changed my System to Ubuntu Hardy i get the message "RUNTIME ERROR 216"
when i open programms.

I copied the error.log in the attachment.

Are you using a copy of Wine from the deb package or compiling it yourself? If
it's from a deb package, please set the bugzilla version field appropriately.

What program are you running? What Linux distro were you using before Hardy,
and what version of Wine did that come with?

Both, first  i used the deb package from winehq.org then i compiled the source
by myself.

Sorry but i dont know what to do. What do you mean with "please set the
bugzilla version field appropriately"

Before Hardy i used Gutsy. I tried the "official" version of ubuntu as well but
without success.
I think the version of wine in ubuntu is 0.9.59-

Now, i used the deb Version (from winehq.org)

If you downgrade to Wine 0.9.59, does the problem go away?

The cao_admin.exe application starts fine for me on Wine 1.0-rc1.

err:winedevice:ServiceMain driver L"Nsynas32" failed to load
wine: Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x011a10f0 at address
0x0000:0x00404592 (thread 0009), starting debugger...
First chance exception: page fault on read access to 0x011a10f0 in 32-bit code
(0x00404592).

I got the same error "runtime 216" but maybe Nsysnas32 has something to do
with..

driver.
