Could you try with 3.0-rc5? It seems to crash in winegstreamer and a patch for some gstreamer problems got in recently.

Not sure if this would help, but have you tried setting gameoverlayrenderer to disabled in winecfg? If that doesn't help, try setting winegstreamer to disabled in winecfg.

It seems your gstreamer isn't installed/configured correctly. Be sure to install all plugins (64bit and 32bit).

Trying to install the 32-bit versions sends me into dependency hell. Apparently they can't live side-by-side with the 64-bit versions on Debian.
At least I have a working solution.
