Thread32.ocx not registred

This PovUltima.exe works properly in Windows but crashes in Wine. Some problem
with Thread32's registration. I hope that the attachment helps You.

and registration is required to download.

Are you sure it's Thread32.ocx and not Threed32.ocx?  (I see Threed32.ocx
is available from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/195353,
