This is a dup of bug 19265, so it's invalid. You need to start the game from
outside the bin folder like: wine bin/S2DNG.exe

Log when Settlers II crashes with: wine bin/S2DNG.exe

The settlers II crash also when I start it with

wine bin/S2DNG.exe

Additional information:
