After opening the dialog to browse the libraries attached to MS Access it
eventually crashes after a few seconds. Time based, it seems. No navigation
action required for it to crash.

Correction: it's not time-based. It happens when the mouse hovers the lower
panel splitter.

With comctl32 it crashes but now without displaying the backtrace window.
