I've unpacked this theme to C:/windows/resources/themes/Royal Noir and Wine
6.19 ignores it.

I thought maybe Wine doesn't like a space in the directory name and the fact
that it's longer than 8.3, so I renamed it to Royal however the issue persists.

This is probably a regression since I see older bug reports about this theme
and it seemingly worked for some people. Since I've never used it before I
cannot say for sure.

OK, this theme needs to be "Install"ed but even in this case you can only use
the Royale theme since when you choose Royale Noir the appearance of dialogs
doesn't change at all.

Lastly I wonder why other themes work from the get go, just by copying their
files to windows/resources/themes while this particular one needs to be
installed.

Never mind it looks the same, it just the appearance of Window titles that
changes.
