When trying to order pictures (Shop) through the Windows version of Picasa (specifically 3.1.0 Build 71.4300,0), the application brings up an empty list of providers.
The URL that it is trying to bring up is https://client4.google.com/providers/printers.html

I installed the Linux Picasa version, moved the Picasa files out and moved in the ones from the Windows Picasa.
So it appears that the Picasa wine port has "features" that were not backported?

They use wine 1.1.2 so this may not (probably won't) apply cleanly, but this should give you an idea of where to look. I'd suggest looking at the mshtml/shdocvw patches. There's also wdi.exe that has some http stuff...
