the problem shown comparing with gedit

if the arabic text has Arabic diacritics, it will not render correctly. Letters
not connecting in the right way

How to test it:

1- copy this text to notepad:
بِسْمِ ٱللَّٰهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

2- compare it to gedit or any editor supporting Arabic

I think the bug in gdi32 not in usp10 because I have tested it with usp10
native dll and the bug still occurs.
