An attempt to load a new MSI package had failed, Wine sending me a "couldn't
compute location" as an error. Seems the drive Z is not recognized anymore.

It is the last Anyrail package version 7.4.1.
I am surprises because the previous version had
Caused no problèmes, version 7.0.22, still running 
Fine on the same computer.

You have wine-8.0, please re-test with wine-9.20 in a clean WINEPREFIX, this
works for me.
