Yes, Paragon Alignment Tools. Asked for it within installation process.

This type of software won't work on Wine any time soon if ever. Wine does not
create or manage partitions. Nor does Wine access filesystem directly.

Besides what do you need another $30 fdisk for?

To compare fdisk with partition alignment tool is the same big mistake like
compare paragon partition manager with gparted. even if they do same things.

Though like Vitaliy said, don't expect partition management tools to work under
wine.
