PlayonLinux is not supported in this tracker. Please test again with the latest
vanilla wine. Currently it is wine-9.0-rc3

Don't forget to try in a fresh wineprefix.

If the bug still occur, please attach here the full console output.

Is there a download available?

Since you're running in a VM, your 3D acceleration seems broken.

after installed libvulkan.so.1 and libGL.so.1, the warnings have gone but the
installation of the app is still not complete.

That's not useful advice. It's not clear to an average user what llvmpipe is,
or what this message means, or how to fix it. Nor is llvmpipe necessarily
unintentional.

Moreover, llvmpipe is usually only going to cause problems with performance,
not functionality. In this case I suspect it's entirely unrelated to the
problem at hand.

I was able to reproduce the exception in 9.0-rc3. The app is using the Electron
framework, and on the basis that the exception code is EXCEPTION_BREAKPOINT, I
suspect an assertion failure internal to the bundled Chromium.

For whatever reason, installing corefonts using winetricks seems to prevent the
crash. I can run Zalo.exe and see a login window after I install the fonts.

Thanks for your comment. 
After installing winetricks corefonts, I was able to use the app.
