All I did is install wine, configure it to win98 mode, bring up explorer, click
on my computer, then C drive and it gave me the attached message.

it also does it on win95 mode but at a slightly different place.

I can reproduce the bug here. Unfortunately, the backtrace I get isn't very
helpful.

I recall there are some shell32 functions that change behavior depending on
win9x vs nt. Maybe we have a bad assumption in using one of those functions.
