Error log

The Overwolf installer
(http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=30064) does not
even get to opening an installation window before it crashes. A log from the
console will be attached. I'm not sure if it's a problem with installations on
my host machine, and if I should reset the wineprefix or if it's a problem with
the executable. If anyone has any insight to what the error log means, that
would be great.

I am installing from the official source (www.overwolf.com/download)

Hello folks,

works fine here.

The installer/app requires .NET Framework 3.5 SP1.

Your are operating on a 64-bit (!) WINEPREFIX with broken/partial .NET
Frameworks installed and Mono.

This can't work. Always use a clean (new!) 32-bit prefix.
If you decide to go with native .NET Framework(s), stick to the rules and use
'winetricks'.

Other install methods are not supported, especially on 64-bit prefixes (best
way to shoot yourself in the food).

Leaving this to the Mono guys since the backtrace is Mono related and native
.NET works fine here

Additionally:

* old Wine version -> old Mono
* never attach copyrighted binaries to bug reports!

Gabriel Ivăncescu made an implementation of Marshal.IsTypeVisibleFromCom:
https://github.com/mono/mono/pull/20876

Because Mono chronically ignores PR's, I merged that on the develop branch and
will likely cherry-pick it for the next release.

With the version from the develop branch, it downloads 100 MB and then brings
up an error message.

Along with the error dialogs, I get some exceptions that look like this:
[00000108:] EXCEPTION handling: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load
file or assembly 'C:\users\burn\Temp\nsj296b.tmp\en##_Installer.resources.dll'
or one of its dependencies.

The ## looks wrong, but there aren't any resources.dll files in that path. This
is from a call to System.Resources.ResourceManager:GetObject that succeeds, so
I think the exception is caused by the error dialog and not the other way
around.
