At the end, it worked when clicking few times No.

I expect it to work without any popups.

That probably means your prefix is not clean, and you have something installed
in it, triggering this error. Like .NET package.

Since this is to 99% probability a broken WINEPREFIX, marking INVALID. Feel
free to reopen if it happens with recent wine and a clean WINEPREFIX.
