Startup screens for Office 2013 run out of memory with CSMT enabled.

This is in vanilla WINE, latest git, with riched20 and msxml6 overrides and
MAX_VERSION_GL set to 0x00030002; all of which are necessary to get Office 2013
to work.

           Display Server: x11 (X.Org 1.19.3) driver: nouveau Resolution:
1920x1080@60.00hz

This is on Manjaro 4.9.37.

Sorry, it seems I spoke too soon.

I had while testing seen a message claiming allocation failure, and I assumed
this would be present in the attached log; however it is not, and checking
available memory through ssh seems to show normal memory usage. On the other
hand, something is taking up 100% of one processor.
