Just download it and open it on a Mac with wine 2.18. It would crash
immediately

After opening [imoten_trial.exe], you should have a folder of [彼女は天使で妹で 体験版],
and within the folder, use wine 2.18 to open [彼女は天使で妹で 体験版.exe]

Well, it doesn't for me. But I'm on Linux, so maybe that changes something.
Did you already try it in a fresh WINEPREFIX?

Basically, your .wine folder, sometimes called bottle. Sometimes issues
disappear in a fresh wine configuration folder, so you should test that.

Please don't change the Version field, it's just the first version where
someone found the bug.

Still can't reproduce on Linux. Maybe someone with a mac can test...?
