RedMon can Install and Uninstall, but does not work.

"RedMon does not Work" is Bug #3864

Than we need to decide, which Ghostscript-Version we can use:
The installed unix-version, 
the windows-version, installed in wine or
the installed unix-version with a wine-proxy (convert filenames)
