Lego Mindstorms EV3 software does not find the EV3 brick, needs
irprops.cpl.BluetoothFindFirstRadio implementation.  Brick is turned on and has
Bluetooth enabled.

This bug is dupe or related to bug 39674 which has a patch. The other bug has
regressed, but it could be that wine has evolved and new bugs have come forth.
This would be fixed if Austin would clean the patch and send it.

Different dlls, please don't make statements that aren't true.

should fix the crash, but it won't work for detecting the EV3 brick (and I
don't suspect that will happen anytime soon, fyi).
