I have start te game and the same send a error sayning "disable compatibility
mode and try again!", but even after I disable the problem persists.

Not major, read http://bugs.winehq.org/page.cgi?id=fields.html#importance

Try again in wine 32 bits and if the problem persists update to wine 1.7.18 and
try again.

What do you mean by "but even after I disable the problem persists", where did
you disabled the compatibility mode?

May be related to bug 11344.
