In the FSX menus the free flight sometimes is a black screen until hovering over with the mouse.

Also the flight lessons are not clickable.

This is the console output from the Free Flight mode, in MacOSX 10.6.5. While in linux hovering over the black window fixes it, in MacOSX the window is rendered with static around the place where the aircraft shows. The UI is responsive, but after going to Free Flight it never gets visible again. Also, unlike Linux, hovering over the window does not fix this.
