I tried to run locale emulator on linux. Its an app that lets you fake the
system language to an app temporarly. It works, but with an app i get an error
with the tzres.dll or maybe the tzres.dll.mui? If it cant be solved, is there a
another alternative to to this? I attached a log, it is a bit long.

What do you want to do? To run with a different locale what I usually do is set
LANG variable. For example like this: 'LANG=jp_JP.UTF-8 wine notepad'.

After installing the language and runned wine with the LANG attribute, it no
longer errors or displays weird looking text. My bad it was a noob question.

Nothing was fixed in Wine, changing to INVALID.
