When i select an .iso or .rar file in the shared list file in eMule (latest) I
receive this message:

"An invalid argoment was encountered"

I meant as a text file (here is a guide http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log).

Two last lines added every time you select a file?

As any other script, download and run it. cd to directory where it's located
and do as I said - './winetricks cc580' as a command, without quotes.

It's not an appropriate place to ask for such general things, please avoid it
in future. Set a execution permission for script file.
