Hi all..

When I run an delphi compiled binary under wine , and if I use ping (ICMP) the 
wine show a warning and drop the program to debugger. 
But it dosn't take when I logged in as Root.

I don't want login as Root for I can ping .

Why must I login as Root for I can use ICMP with wine+winprog ?
