patch to ignore - in the PIDTemplate

Please try this patch.

I haven't tested it, but the aim is to skip the '-' characters in the
PIDTemplate string that determines the number and shape of the boxes in the
MaskedEdit control.

It appears to be using two different masks:

PIDTemplate	     = 12345<###-%%%%%%%>@@@@@
SerialNumberTemplate = <????-??????-??????-????>
