Doesn't crash, setup closes after saying "An uninstaller is running. Setup will now close" even though Voicemod has never been installed on my computer.

Wine-Staging has fix for this, to get the installer further, but you could also try disable findstr.exe: WINEDLLOVERRIDES=findstr.exe=d wine VoicemodSetup_2.0.4.2.exe
In both cases it runs into new bug: In the 3rd or 4th window the installer seems to hang; the text is constantly flickering. I`ll attach screenshot hereafter.
I could work around it by silent install install:
WINEDLLOVERRIDES=findstr.exe=d wine VoicemodSetup_2.0.4.2.exe /SILENT
I suggest to make this bugreport about the "hanging" installer, ok?

This window is constantly refreshing as it seems; you cannot click the buttons at all.
Next to the check boxes you can see text flickering "Create a quick launch shortcut"
I have no idea where this bug comes from...
