1. boot Half-Life 2 episode 2
2. go to the game options, keyboard config
3. assign capslock to some action in the keyboard config, like duck or jump
4. load a new game
5. press capslock

What's to be expected:
 - pressing caps lock should trigger the action you've configured in the game
options. Step 3 works but 5 does not. I use capslock for ducking as it's right
next to WSAD, but the action doesn't happen. Nothing happens.

HL2 does not use dinput. Trivial - use any other key on the keyboard.

Wine improperly handles NumLock and CapsLock. It triggers down and up on each
button release. The question is why? Doing some testing I could not find any
reasons for this. It could have been a way native worked 10 years ago. But not
now. WinXP triggers CapsLock & NumLock on press and not release.

Patch sent.
