Help file with tables

The tables in Windows Help files are wrongly sized. Attaching one such file and

Could be a dupe. I remember seeing similar issue with some bug.

Indeed, this is probably a duplicate of bug 20977. Can you test if the patch
from that bug helps?

Indeed a dup, closing. Could test the patch, but it'll be a while.
