It is probably the same thing.

Hello.
Today i insatll Ubuntu 14.04 and wine 1.6.2 and my old microsoft application
Money 97.5
 Installation is always OK but when i Start The application it is always the
same error.

You are using an old version of Wine. Update to Wine 1.7.16 or later and try
again.

The crash seem to be at user32. No component is set.
