I get the following error:

 File has unexpected size (55647 != 51543). Mirror sync in progress? [IP:
151.101.38.217 443]

If I check https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu/dists/noble/Release the
timestamp of that file is older than the timestamp of Packages.gz and the file
size stated does indeed not match the size of Packages.gz

For Ubuntu 22.04 on 2 systems. Not sure what's up, but one may suspect
something went wrong with this weekends package sync from the buildserver...

Can confirm that I faced the same bug, apt says that the Packages file was last
updated on 06 October but timestamp of that file is 19 October. I'm using the
OBS repository as a temporary workaround.
