works fine here with .NET Framework 4.0 - shows red/transparent Windows 8 tile-lookalike dialog with install options.
Still fails to install in the end due to folder/file permission problem but that's already covered by existing ACL/security bugs.
Obviously a Wine-Mono problem.

Interesting, I was using Wine 1.7.24 before, but when I switched to Wine 1.7.25 this dialog appeared. So the primary problem seems to be that WiX doesn't think that the .NET Framework is installed, even though Mono should be a suitable replacement.

The installer still fails with wine-mono, but that's a separate bug.
