I stumbled across http://slashdot.org/~Spy+der+Mann/journal/185683 which complains that his favorite html editor, Hapedit, doesn't work well ("the font's all messed up").
I downloaded and launched hapedit. Font seems fine to me, but clicking on the "Browser" button fails to launch a browser to preview the current document.
I peered at +reg traces but didn't see how it's trying to detect the default browser. On Windows it brought up Firefox fine for me.

If the bug is still present in today's wine, but was not present in some earlier version of wine, please update version field to earliest known version of wine that had the bug. Thanks!
