The number of OpenGL pixel formats which can be used in Wine is limited due to
constraints of the X11 driver. One of the ways this can be lifted is through
9917.

This bug breaks various GL apps because they can't find a correct pixel format.
Further it limits performance of apps because they can't find the format they
want. In gpu limited games this can lead to a big performance loss (~20%).
