debug log for Google Earth Plugin installation

The installer for the Google Earth Plugin uses Background Intelligent Transfer
Service

"Installation failed. Ensure that your computer is connected to the Internet
and that your firewall allows GoogleUpdate.exe to connect and then try again.
Error code = 0x80070057"

It could be a duplicate of Bug 5713, but I was not sure because of the
different error code. Installation works only by overriding msxml3,
bitsprx2.dll, bitsprx3.dll, system32\bits\qmgr.dll, qmgr.dll, qmgrprxy.dll

The installation via BITS works now fine and flawless in Wine 1.3.29 (although
the plugin doesn't yet work properly). I'm not sure how the browser could be
relevant (?).

If you have difficulties downloading the installer, you download it from the
official website after changing your user-agent to windows (for example with
the addon UserAgentSwitcher) or you search for other download sites.

Closing bugs fixed in 1.3.30.
