Steps to reproduce:
1) remove ~/.wine
2) winetricks gecko
3) install DameWare Exporter
4) wine DWExporter.exe

Behaviour:
err:module:import_dll Library dsuiext.dll (which is needed by L"C:\Program
Files\DameWare Development\DameWare Exporter 7.0\DWSADUT.dll") not found

Expected behaviour:
There should be no complain about lacking library. dsuiext.dll is available in
system32 directory in MS Windows XP.

but it doesnt effect the application as far as i tested, does it?

1) uncheck Standart Properties and WMI Properties
2) press F5

You'll get many err:module:import_dll Library dsuiext.dll and will be notified
about number of errors in application.

Besides, if something is looking for library, doesn't it mean that it needs it?

It just tries to load it, but doesn't use a function of it.
But i just sent some stubs for the other crashes which can happen in netapi32.

Link is broken.

This ticket has not been updated for over 900 days. Development recommends
to check the status on your bug every release or two and let to be known if the
bug is still present. If not, mark it fixed.

Is this still an issue with 1.7.0 or higher ?
