After upgrading to 5.15 I can't run Battle.net games. I get:
04f4:fixme:ras:RasEnumConnectionsW RAS support is not implemented! Configure program to use LAN connection/winsock instead!
Went back to 5.11-staging and the problem was solved.

rasapi is unlikely to be the culprit.

This is probably the same 'regression' as bug 49582, which was a resurgence of bug 45349. https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=49582#c1
This was fixed in 5.13, but the fix requires PE build.
ArchLinux didn't provide PE build until wine 5.14-2. https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/67317

Sorry, I misread the issue is with 5.15.
This is more likely bug 49712, as it affects HearthStone and maybe other Blizzard games.
