003c), starting debugger...

This is the standard .icd file from AoE2 Conquerers. I'm not entirely sure what
it's used for other than in launching the voobly client. Hence, this bug makes
it impossible to play online in a lobby. Attached is log. The game plays fine
with the a nocd exe, but once again that means no lobby support. :/

You don't run icd file - it's encrypted by SafeDisk. You have to start launcher
instead.

While I understand the launcher works, it is impossible to play the game using
the major Internet Game Zone network - since it launches this .icd file
instead.

I can try contacting them about this, but they said it works fine on windows
and more or less ignored my request. :-/

Perhaps you should file a bug about it not working with the Internet Game Zone
network instead of filing a bug for launching the .icd file directly.
