MIDI control is broken in 1.3.37: midi Devices are not detected (both alsa and hardware controllers)
Reverting to 1.3.36 and everything is fine again. (I didn't run the regression test)
How to reproduce: open any audio application that supports MIDI input, or run winecfg/Audio -> midi devices are not listed anymore
