Wine 1.1.19 +msxml

eBay Turbo Lister 2 exits silently without native msxml3.
Native msxml3 allows it to load.

To get this far, mdac25 is required and working around Bug 4286.

Native msxml3 needs to be installed before installation, as subsequent attempts
fail.

So why are you creating duplicate? The bug 4286 is about msxml.
