MDI Painting issue

MDI child painting issue while switching from one MDI child to another MDI
child using Ctrl+Tab

Please find the screen shot attached.

Also, painting issue is there while pressing Ctrl+Tab with a single MDI child
activated.

This has not been updated for over 900 days.

Is this still an issue in 1.6-rc1 or higher or is this abandoned ?
