Still present in Wine-1.5.0 (confirming).

Native comctl32.dll is a workaround (adjusting component field).

Still present with wine-6.14-297-gf63ecaedc72.

'winetricks -q comctl32' worked around for me, while 'winetricks -q
windowscodecs' didn't.

Adding stable download of the earliest version available.
