Do you have native .Net installed? Then try set mscoree to native, maybe something changed and mscoree accidently was set to builtin?????

Do you have native .Net installed? Then try set mscoree to native, maybe something changed and mscoree accidently was set to builtin?????
I do not have .NET framework, I use Mono. The problem was solved when I downloaded the mscoree.dll, moved it to the program folder and changed it native.

When you reinstall the program in a fresh new WINEPREFIX does the error also occur?

Yes. Especially for this, I created a new user, created a new prefix, installed BricsCADv18 and got the same error. If use native mscoree.dll, this error disappears.
