1. Download XMPSetup:
http://xmp.down.sandai.net/kankan/XMPSetup_4.9.0.1099-www.exe

2. Start with Wine.

Expect result:
Display some text in the license area
Actual result:
No text at all

Tried with wine 1.7.18

and it definitely misses some text when you start it.

Hello folks,

essentially a dupe of bug 5162

Needs ITextServices::TxDraw and friends.

For non-Chinese systems starts with: LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8
